We are celebrating our 20^th birthday and we wish for you to join us in a foot-stomping, whip-cracking spectacular that is sure to have you connecting with your country roots and raising your glass in celebration.

Hosted by television and radio presenter, Ian “Dicko” Dickson, this corporate luncheon will also be an important fundraiser for Compass as we launch "The Compass Farm Revitalisation" project. This feel-good event will warm your heart and bring this extraordinary community together for a fun filled afternoon that will leave you smiling ear to ear.

Capturing the essence of the Compass farm life that we are so proud of, and involving country music sensations including Taylor Moss! Intertwined throughout the event, entertainment will be injected from some exceptional artists who will perform comedy, specific tributes, original music and an “all in” finale of well-known hits to close the event.

THE COMPASS FARM - NEW DEVELOPMENTS FOR NEW FUTURE

• Compass Farm has grown organically since 2011 when it first commenced operations as a unique place where people with disabilities can learn, gain diverse work experience and enjoy genuine vocational opportunities on a working farm.
• During this time, the Farm has become warmly known as the “Heart of Compass” and a place where magic happens – not just for our Trainees and staff,
  but also for every visitor that comes to the Farm from our community and beyond, who inevitably walks away transformed in heart, mind and in spirit!
• The Farm has grown immensely and now supports over 60 Trainees and 20 staff on site per day, with demand continuing to grow. This creates an amazing
  opportunity to keep creating more magic and to impact more people… and also equally creates pressure on the current infrastructure.
• With this in mind, we have commenced a new Masterplan process that maps out the investment needed over the short, medium and long-term to ensure we
  can continue to deliver world-class services from this unique and incredible premises. THIS IS WHERE WE NEED YOUR HELP!
• We will be raising funds to support key projects to upgrade the Farm over the coming years, including (but not limited to) –
  • A new creative arts precinct, with weatherproof infrastructure and the ability support an extended range of therapeutic arts programs and mindfulness-based activities
  • A combined woodworking and metalworking precinct, with new equipment to support growing interest in the development of artisan skills
  • Temperature controlled learning and development spaces
  • Upgrades to farm animal enclosures to allow for rotation and better land management, along with extended animal therapy programs
  • Upgrades and expansion of critical amenities including bathrooms and wet rooms
    Extended car-parking to accommodate growth in staff and visitor activity
